The sun is setting later, its warming up slightly and you’ve started planning your summer getaway- yep, it’s time for the unveiling of our Spring Summer Event Menu!
Head Chef Julian has out done himself this time with a fresh and tasty menu to put a ‘spring’ in your step for Spring Summer 2016.
Our Hot & Cold Fork Buffet has been given a makeover with delicious seasonal produce. Our favourites to be sure to try at your next event:
Home cured trout fillets on a bed of shaved fennel, cherry tomatoes & celeriac with mustard & honey dressing
Cheshire blue cheese tart with roast beetroot & watercress salad (v)
Quinoa tabbouleh with summer peas and beans
Lebanese cucumber and yogurt salad with mint
Our new BBQ menu’s consist of Menu A which has distinctly Western style influences and Menu B which has delicious Eastern flavours. Both will be perfect for a summer evening party on our outdoor Terrace.
