We recently worked with the wonderful team at Slice to launch their client’s festive drink collection.
It was most important to create an experience and environment that guests will talk about and truly understand the product.
Head Chef Julian worked with the clients produce to pair festive bites with showcased wines. These included Norfolk Bronze turkey with a sweetcorn rösti & sea salt and dark chocolate & orange tart, which went down a treat with the guests!
