After two residencies at The House of Peroni, and a stint in Italy with the Michelin-starred Costardi brothers, Chef Will has well and truly earned his Knighthood as Risotto Royalty. In celebration of his new title, Will would like to invite four foodie fanatics into his kitchen for a cook-a-long master class.
The lucky winners will learn about the finest Italian ingredients as well as some experimental risotto making techniques and unusual food pairings from Will.
