We had the pleasure of launching our spring/summer menu in the company of over 200 guests at a party last Thursday. Outside the terrace was lit by torchlight and our chefs cooked up samples from our new barbeque menu and inside fine wine flowed while guests enjoyed canapé samplers from the delicious new menu. Those who missed the event were updated regularly throughout the night via Twitter. Guests tweeted their compliments to@Chef_Carvalho (our onsite chef) and discussed our impressive refurbishment. All guests were given a couple of our famous salted chocolate-caramel brownies to take away with them – definitely a ‘highlight’ of the night.
