The first Chef & chat of the year took place last night, when all of H+J’s chefs and managers get together to talk food, glorious food! With demonstrations of the latest food concepts, from static canapés tables to pimping out your porridge with super foods for the 100+ attendees. Bringing in the spring feel with summer sandwich menus, Heaven & hell freak shakes, and a smoothie bike to keep your January health kick in full swing.
Suppliers such as IMS, Corney & Barrow, West Horsley Diary & Veg express we’re all there displaying their newest selections and mouth watering treats!
All the concepts from the evening will be winging their way in to our kitchen and other H+J sites across the city. We are ready for some sunshine & a sumptuous spring 2017!
