CASE STUDY – NUDE Skincare Menu

Here at 41 Portland Place we, along with our in house caterers Harbour & Jones love creating bespoke menus for our client’s events.

One of our favourite bespoke menus was for NUDE Skincare to help promote their launch of their PROGENIUS Omega Treatment Milk. The event was an intimate lunch held for leading beauty publications with gorgeous styling and our head chef’s inventive three course menu.

The bespoke menu was to incorporate and showcase the key ingredients of the new PROGENIUS Treatment Milk. Focus ingredients were Inca Gold oil dressing, Sea Buckthorn (a nod to the Sea Buckthorn oil found in PROGENIUS Milk) and super foods including pomegranate and acai berries.

Starter:

Autumn vegetable garden with basil and black olive soil, chia seeds, baby carrots and leeks, beetroot, pumpkin puree with cream cheese, shallots and Inca Gold oil with chives.

Main:

Wild sea bass infused with argan oil with a potoato and milk puree with samphire, sea buckthorn cress and a dill foam.

Roast artichoke infused with argan oil with a potoato and milk puree with samphire, sea buckthorn cress and a dill foam.

Dessert:

Pomegranate panna cotta with acai berry crème fraiche, crispy figs, liquorice and marigold flowers.
