41 Portland Place was turned into a tranquil spa for two days last week as we hosted events for a luxury beauty brand. Event design and production agency, Timebased Events, created an elegant backdrop for the spa experience, a 30-minute facial for those on the go.
Scented candles filled the space to welcome invited guests and encourage them to leave the stress of their day at the door. Our Reception Room was turned into a peaceful waiting room where guests could sip on a revitalising smoothie or herbal tea as they heard all about the new spa treatment. Our Council Chamber was transformed into a spa style treatment room with billowing drapes and paper seaweed chandeliers hanging from the original period ceiling. Finally, the Ann Rylands Room was set with “Hollywood-style” mirrors allowing guests to reapply their make up to boost their post-treatment glow before heading back to the hustle and bustle of their day. You can see from the pictures that our rooms provided a perfect backdrop for the client and their guests to enjoy a little piece of spa luxury in the heart of London.
