A delightful summer dinner for 20
Last night 41PP hosted a summer dinner for a collection of Professors from one of the UK’s leading research universities. After drinks in the Exhibition Area, guests took their seats in the Laurie Landeau Room for a starter of 24 hour smoked salmon with Hoxton rye and caper shallot dressing. Next up was rack of lamb served with a jus made from Chef Will’s secret recipe which involves 3 days of cooking to create the most intense flavour imaginable. The dessert, a rich chocolate mousse with salted caramel and honeycomb ice cream was followed by tropical themed petits fours of banana choco brownies with mango cream and dark & white iced lollypops. With its grand sash windows flooding the room with evening sunlight, the Landeau Room was the perfect space to bring these distinguished guests together for their discussions over good food on a summer evening.
